Can I use it instead of chemical disinfectant in the cafeteria?
TYENT’s Sterilizing water generator is a device that generates Sodium Hypochlorite water and also is registered in the Food Additives Code. Sodium Hypochlorite is registered as disinfectant for Food additives(sterilization of fruits, vegetable and other foods) and apparatus, so it can be used at the same time.

What kind of salt should I use?
You must use refined salt.
Sterilizing water generator produces sterilizing solution by electrolysis of water and sodium chloride (NaCl), must use refined salt with a sodium chloride content of 99% or more for generating the concentration set by the device. In the case of general salt, the sodium chloride content is low and impurities may cause malfunction of device.

What is the capacity of salt container?
Up to 5 kg of salt. When you want to replenish salt during using, add up to 2.5L of salt container.

Do I need to add water to the salt container separately?
Water is automatically inlet from the device.
The water level sensor automatically controls the inlet water rate into the salt container appropriately.

Why is the salt container filled with water?
It is not the salt grains that go into the device, but the salt solution of the saturated solution is got into and electrolyzed.

How much salt should I keep in the salt container?
Always keep at least 1L so that you can check the salt grains.

Outflow does not stop even when the button is touched
Check that the "AUTO" button on the display is turned on.
Turn on the device and touch the "MANUAL" button when the water runs out.

What are the “AUTO” and “MANUAL” buttons?
The "AUTO" button is set when connecting to a storage tank in a food factory. It automatically adjusts the water level in the storage tank. Do not press “AUTO” button in use. The "MANUAL" button must be lit.

What is the “SET” button?
This mode is for technicians only, so do not use it.

Can the outflow hose of sterilization solution(or sterilization solution water reel) ON/OFF valve be equipped?
Absolutely not. You must stop the outflow using the button on the device. If the ON/OFF valve is equipped and the valve is closed, internal parts may be damaged due to the generation of internal pressure.
